At Neehara Clothing, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Only items purchased directly from our official website are eligible for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear and accessories (due to hygiene reasons).

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Customized or altered products.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size issues, defective items, or wrong products delivered.
  • If the requested size/design is unavailable, you may opt for a credit voucher or apply for a refund (as per our Refund Policy).
